HandiGo Goes Live at JM Suites Hotel & Spa, Casablanca
A milestone for Morocco — and for the way luxury hospitality thinks about technology.
When JM Suites Hotel & Spa opened its doors in Casablanca, it did so with a clear statement: luxury in Morocco could be boutique, design-led, sustainable and internationally certified.
Nestled between the city’s Art-Déco district and its thriving business centre, the property has since established itself as a reference point for high-end hospitality in North Africa — 36 suites, two restaurants including a rooftop with views of the Hassan II Mosque, a spa, and the distinction of being Morocco’s first 5-star luxury boutique hotel.
It has also been certified Green Key ten times. In a world where sustainability is increasingly a guest expectation, JM Suites was ahead of the curve long before it became an industry conversation.
Today, we’re proud to announce that HandiGo is live across the property.

What this looks like for JM Suites guests
From the moment of check-in, guests at JM Suites can access the full HandiGo experience directly from their smartphones. Room service orders, spa appointment requests, concierge communication — all handled through one interface, without a phone call, without waiting, without friction.
HandiGo’s platform is designed exactly for effortless luxury. It removes the friction behind the scenes so that the human experience in front of the guest remains the focus.
What this looks like for the JM Suites team
Direct routing means guest requests reach the right department without passing through the front desk. The concierge team handles concierge requests. The spa team manages spa bookings. Room service orders land directly where they need to land.
Why Morocco matters
JM Suites represents HandiGo’s continued expansion beyond Southeast Asia — into North Africa, a region where hospitality is growing rapidly and where the gap between guest expectations and operational reality is one that technology can meaningfully close.
Casablanca is Morocco’s economic capital. It attracts international business travellers, diplomatic visitors, and a growing segment of design-conscious leisure guests. The city’s hospitality market is evolving — and properties like JM Suites are leading that evolution.
We are glad to be part of it.
A note on partnership
HandiGo does not do free trials. We do not send a QR code and leave a property to figure it out. Every deployment involves our team working alongside the hotel’s staff until the system is embedded and the team is confident.
The rollout at JM Suites was no different. We are grateful to Hassan Joundy and the management team for their engagement, their questions, and their commitment to making the implementation work.
